The Seanchas Mor Explained
Disciplined members maintain focus during all encounters and are expected to do everything in their power to accomplish a successful mission.
- Group leaders have final say on the members they include.
- Always try to let your group know ahead of time when you will need to leave.
- Disagreements with a group or raid leader should be done privately and politely.
Professional attitudes are expected, this means no excessive celebration or acts of poor sportsmanship.
- No taunting dead players with emotes.
- Do not sit or jump on corpses of defeated enemies.
Merciless is our attitude toward our enemies.
- Cross-realming is not tolerated.
- No RvR opponent should be shown mercy.
No Trespassing on another person's camp and no xp stealing.
- If a camp's respawn rate cannot handle multiple groups/people the first people present get priority. It is always polite to ask before pulling if another group/person is present.
- No attacking an enemy that is already engaged or healing an ally in order to leach xp from that encounter. Make sure assistance is needed before giving a helping hand.
No begging to receive something without an effort on your part.
- No request for power leveling is acceptable, whether via tells or through public channels
- Do not ask for items or money. A guild vault is provided to help those in need of gear.
Need before Greed is a motto we expect members to abide by.
- Items should go the person who will benefit most.
- Requests for items for alts or salvage should only be made after all characters that can use the item have declined it.
Rudeness includes all socially unacceptable behavior.
- No bashing other people or other guilds in public channels or forums. Keep your negative opinions to private sends.
- No repetition of the same or similar phrases (spamming) in chat channels. Once gets the point across perfectly.
- No arguments over public channels. Long discussions should always be taken to sends, especially if you are asked.
Crudeness is a general lack of civility towards other players and especially guild mates.
- Foul or offensive language or topics will not be permitted in /gu or /as.
- Permissible language or topics in private channels is up to the discretion of the group or chat leader. If you are asked to stop and do not expect discipline from a guild officer.
- Foul language or innuendo in names is unacceptable.
Inconsiderate people are not Fianna material; it's really that simple.
The Officers of each quarter are the final authority and arbitrator for violations of the Seanchas Mor. If you have a problem with a fellow guild mate, or are outside our guild and have problems with one of our guild mates please email or private message a Fianna to meet or speak with an officer to address your concerns. The Black Stag will police its own. Thank you.
